Cancellation/Refund Policy

Kindly take care of following details:

In case of any manufacturing/packaging defect or any dissatisfaction, consumer can return/exchange the product to the Independent Business Associate (IBA) from whom he/she has purchased the same. She/he has to provide a logical reason and return the said products along with the following receipt copies. In case consumer request for money refund, it is the IBA’s obligation to satisfy the consumer’s needs that is why it is important not to do force sales. Thereafter, an IBA can exchange the products from the Company within 30 days from the date of invoice (if 30th day is Sunday, consumer will get one day extension) and must submit the following copies at the time of exchange to head office or PAC (product availability centre of that region) via email at or courier.

Buy Back Guidelines

Maxen Hawk provides a Buy Back Guidelines to the Independent Business Associate (IBA) who wishes to resign from his/her Associate ship and return any products that are in good condition, resalable, restock able, unopened, and undamaged and the shelf life of the products have not expired. The product invoice should be within 30 days from the date of purchase. Upon approval from H.O., the amount refunded will be equal to associate cost (DP) of the product being returned, less total bonus paid out by the Company on the original purchase and less 10% service charge. The Buy Back policy is designed to impose upon the sponsor and the obligation to ensure that the Independent Business Associate is buying products wisely. IBAs are requested to buy products that they can reasonably sell within 30 days time.
